a. Yes! We welcome hundreds of dog breeds and all cats. Please see our Pet Policy here
2. Does the leasing center accept packages?
a. Yes! The leasing center can sign for packages if the resident is not home.
3. Is there a washer and dryer inside the apartment?
a. Yes, each apartment comes with a stackable washer and dryer.
4. Is the pool heated?
a. Yes, the pool is heated April through October, and the hot tub is heated all year.
5. Does each apartment have an assigned parking space?
a. Yes, each apartment is assigned to one covered space, and all uncovered spaces are available on a 1st come, 1st serve basis.
6. How many square feet are there?
a. 1150 square feet
7. What schools are nearby?
a. There are 2 elementary schools (Robert Down Elementary and Forest Grove Elementary), 1 middle school (PG Middle School) and 1 high school (PG High School). For more PG school district info, please visit www.pgusd.org.
8. Do you have to pay to use the pool, spa, or fitness center?
a. The community's amenities are free for our residents to use. It is just one of the many perks of being a resident of 17 Mile Drive Village!
